A month after agreeing to quote (and after calling them a few times during that period), I today learn my service was canceled more than two weeks ago due to lack of service techs. No notice from them. If I had known they would not be able to deliver, I would have gone with another service who stated they could do it. Cold and snow now, but warm two weeks ago, and could have had someone else do it! Avoid as the proverbial plague. Simply unexcusable.
