My sister came over from North Carolina. She stayed a couple days and when her husband was going to take a shower in the guest bathroom he noticed sewage coming out from the tub. I called several companies that they were all busy nobody could come out then I spoke to Tony from Dependable and he was able to come out immediately he was at the house in 45 minutes. Tony is a very friendly guy and he came out dressed professionally, his van was clean and tidy, and he gave us a quote and he stuck to the quote. He ran camera through the pipes and he found out they were roots inside the main line I was really worried because the last time I heard that from another plumber he charge me a lot of money to dig out the drain and replace the pipe but Tony had this really cool machine which was able to get rid of the roots and put a new lining in the drain without costing me an arm and a leg leg. I will recommend Dependable a Rooter to all my friends.

I waited over week before giving this feedback to make sure the problem does not reoccur. I had another plumber come out and cleared a sewer clog. Within 2 days the tub and toilet were backed up again. Original plumber did not respond until a day later. I could not wait so that’s how I found Dependable Rooter. I spoke with Tony, which was after 7p. Josh came out the next morning and inspected the plumbing situation. He made several suggests on how he would troubleshoot and fix the problem including running a camera and snaking the sewer line if needed. The camera discovered the location of the clog and cleared it at the same time. The first plumber pushed the clog further down sewer giving the illusion that the clog was cleared. Josh did a fine and thorough job and at a very good price. Two thumbs up for Dependable Rooter!

After receiving 2 fixes from others services for the water backup in our kitchen, the issues were still the same. It came back after a couple of months. I decided to give DependableRooter a try based on their reviews. I was right at that time. When I spoke with Tony, he sent his crew to get a diagnostic water backup problem. Bryan and his team came with full equipment, deliberate search. They finally found out the cause of the water backup. It was a broken check valve. Friendly and professionally, they cut the concrete, removed the broken check valve and replaced it with a new valve that has a removable gate to help promptly resolve backup issues in future. In addition, it has been almost 2yrs since the date DependableRooter helped us to fix our sewage system. Everything is good, we have no problems with water back-up anymore. However, when I have questions or concerns about our plumbing system, I always quickly get a supportive response from Tony. I am glad to know this Dependable Rooter Plumbing service that I can trust.
