Kailua Kona Estate

Kailua Kona Estate is located just above Queen Kaahumanu Hwy (Hwy 19) inside of Ka Aina Pono subdivision, a private gated community. The original estate was built-in 2012 and sat vacant for nearly 10 years. The Kailua Kona Estate's new owners have completed a complete renovation of the house since mid-2021. We turned this property into a beautiful space to create unforgettable memories.
