This is the second time I have used their service. They do an outstanding job. Very professional and clean up is great especially in this heat they took the time to make sure everything was at the road for pick up. The guy that ran the debris truck did an awesome job. He took his time in getting everything at the road even in the pouring rain. Thank you for a job well done. Our trees were large and near the house and they professionally topped them with no damage to anything around the perimeter of the trees
They came the same week we called to give us a quote and explain some things. They showed up the next week to remove 2 trees and trim one. We had a gathering at our house that Sunday and they even came out that morning to clean up all the debris. All the employees we interacted with were responsive and professional. The price was the best around! We had a very positive experience and have used them twice.
East TN tree service was amazing to work with. We had them out last week on a day rate to take out many trees and a lot of brush out of our creek line. They were so fast and efficient it was amazing to watch. The whole crew was very personable and helpful with any requests or questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.
